Exceptionally bad after sale service

I ordered the wrong watch by mistake, then I reordered the correct watch and sent the incorrect one back with thecourierguy and sent them proof with waybill number etc, when asked for a refund or exchange there is simply no reply to emails, no after sale service at all.
