Don't buy online if there is no working contact number

I want to warn everyone about Watchily South Africa. I bought Nicky Pieterse a new watch from their Smartlady range. The battery is supposed to last 10 days. We've had it a week. The battery doesn't last a full day. The watch also just switches off by itself. Dead! For no reason. They have no telephone number to contact them on. Only Facebook, where they apparently first screen posts and then delete negative ones. I have now posted 3 reviews there, not one of them 'published'. So when you check their page and reviews all is perfect and beautiful. I have send 5 or 6 e-mail requests for them to contact me. Nothing.

So thanks to them my daughter now got a piece of **** watch for her 24th birthday. Thanks Watchlily. You made it really special for her.
