Don’t buy from watchily

I purchased a watchily smartlady watch on the 23rd of December and was hoping that I would receive my watch by the 31st since on the website it says 3-4 days shipping.The last time I got communication from them was on the 23rd when I received my order number and that was it. At this point I’m not sure if I have been ****med or what because they don’t respond to emails or messages on social networks. My worry is that i am leaving the address i have used when ordering and if there was any customer support, i would request them to change my address because I am moving to a different province. I always shop online and this has to be the worst experience ever. The anxiety we get from buying from them is definitely not worth it. They definitely don’t take their customers seriously. What’s worse is that they are still taking orders for the watch but they are not delivering
