DO NOT BUY FROM Watchily...

On the 26th of October I ordered 2 screen protectors from them. They arrived on the 29th of October. I installed the first on my s24ultra with a minor issue of the screen not sticking, but it eventually worked. I then took extra care to install the second on my wife's s24 and all seemed well until I removed the plastic jig and saw the protector was cracked, quite badly actually. Wondering how, I checked the packaging and realised the extra foam which my protector had was not there on this one. They pushed a defective product on an unsuspecting customer.

I asked for a replacement, and diary asked if I had dropped the screen protector or the phone. I had not so I rep**** as much. She the rep**** a few days later to say that I misused the product and it will not be covered/replaced. Please DO NOT buy from these people. It there is an issue you can pretty much kiss your money goodbye.
