DO NOT BUY A WATCHILY!!!!

Please do not waste your money on buying a watchily. Their after sale service is pathetic. My smart lady pro has a promlem with the latch that that unlatch persistantly and intermitantly. Diara emailed me after my previous Hellopeter complaint and promised to send a new band and even asked my address. On enquiring when the band will arive and the courier tracking number Diara dares to ask for a video of what happens after I explained many times that when the latch fails and my watch falls, I have to catch it with my other hand and that there is no way to grab my phone from my purse and taking a video all at the same time. That makes sense right? Well I still do not have my new band after I was promised they will send it a week ago.
