Disappointed

Very disappointed. Prior to placing my order I asked them about the size of the watch, didn't receive a direct answer to my query and ordered it because the return policy that they stated was pretty seemless. When the watch arrived I advised them that it was too large for my wrist and asked them if I could return it in person so that I could select a more suitable watch. They didn't address my query directly and advised me to courier the item back, which i did. I've been waiting for a response since 07/12/2024 despite numerous follow up emails to them. They also don't have a contact number which I find quite strange
