Disappointed

I ordered on 23/12/24 and was promised on 26/12/24 that my order will arrive in the next few days, followed up multiple times and received very unprofessional and insensitive responses as if the delay is not their problem, the order arrived on 14/01/25. Upon receiving the watch, the side dials are blue (not displayed in the picture) I have questioned why it is blue and have received no response.
