Communication please

Lack of communication/feedback is concerning. I understand that it is the festive season and the company may be inundated with orders and/or may be low on stock.

I would just like an acknowledgement on the emails that I sent or on the Whatsapp messages so that I can manage expectations and not feel like I am in limbo and unsure if I would receive anything at all.

I placed the order for 2 watches on the 14th of December and have not received a tracking number or any further update to indicate possible delays or stock shortage.

That's all I am asking for, as it is nerve-racking because of the amount of money paid with no clear indication or feedback from the company.
