Buy with caution

Bought this watch in December, it doesn't count my steps and won't link to my phone and health apps, I have been asking for a refund since the 19th December and all my requests have been ignored. Though when you purchase they say you may return for a full refund with 30 days, I did so within less than 14 days but they are ignoring my emails.
