Burnt my skin!

: Outrageous Product Defect and Physical Harm – Immediate Action Required

I am absolutely disgusted with your product and appalled by the experience I have endured. I purchased one of your watches, and after needing two replacements due to its poor quality, I am now dealing with a defective replacement that not only has diamantés falling out again but has physically burnt my skin!

I was assured that it was “not normal” for the diamantés to fall out. Based on this, I reluctantly selected another watch from the shiny range, only to be warned that I wouldn’t be eligible for another replacement if the same issue occurred. Well, not only did the diamantés fall out, but now your product has caused me physical injury. This burn around my tattoo is painful, humiliating, and will cost me a fortune to fix.

This is utterly unacceptable. How can a product not only fail miserably at its basic function but also physically harm your customers? You’ve sold me a product that is not only defective but outright dangerous.

I demand immediate action on your part,

Let me be very clear: if I do not receive a swift and satisfactory resolution, I will escalate this matter to every available channel, including regulatory authorities, consumer protection organizations, and social media. I will not stand for being sold a product that injures me and then being dismissed as if my concerns are unimportant.

This is your last opportunity to resolve this matter responsibly.
