Bunch of ****mers do not buy from them!! I want my money back

The worst experience ever, I bought a charger from them on August 29th and received my package on the 1st September and returned it back on the 9th September when i realised its the wrong order. I have been trying to get a hold of them since no one was responding to my mail either to confirm that they received the parcel back and refund me. After numerous emails to them on the 15th Septer a person called Aiche responded and said they will verify and get back to me then silence . Again i was doing follow ups only to be responded to on the 29th September by Diara saying she will check if the parcel has been received back from me to their warehouse then silence again after trying to reach them again she only responded to again on the 7th October to tell me they found my parcel but can only do an exchange i advised them i do not want to exchange and would like a refund only to be told on the 8th October that I'm past the 14day period therefore i am not eligible for a refund and since then its been silence from them . I am disgusted by the way they handle their clients and the fact that they running a business but no one can get a hold of them is ridiculous i want my R399 back !!! they are ****mers
