Blue tick business

I was so excited to make this purchase, been on the fence for so long and when i finally decided to just go for it, they dissapoint. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and still have to received any communication regarding my order. I have sent multiple emails and no response. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!
