Bad service and no product in sight

Very bad service! Have been waiting for more than a month with absolutely poor feedback. Product was OOS and only after the waited delivery period, when i followed up, was I informed. After that, I was told the product will be back in stock within a week. 2 Weeks passed, no feedback. Was then told I will receive a tracking number, still nothing and its been more than a month. No proactive actions from their side, just these one liners when I follow up. I will not recommend this to anyone.
