Ashamed of yourself Watchily!!!

Beyond frustrated and disappointed with this company. I purchased a watch for my mother for Christmas but after setting it up, it froze and no longer worked. I sent emails and was informed that they would send me a new watch. I was informed via email on the 27th December. After another few days, I sent an email asking for an update. Told it was shipped and was given a tracking number. The tracking number does not work and can not be found. No answers to further emails or other methods of communication. They are happy to take your money though!!
