3weeks ,no-show

My watch stopped working,sent them an email they requested with videos and pictures of the watch,they said they'll send a replacement watch,it's been 3weeks of silence,no one is responding to any of my follow up emails.Buying this watch was a huge sacrifice, this was not just for luxury for me,I really needed it for health reasons, they just dont know how hard we work for our money to be treated like this,they don't care.
