Don't do business with them.

I bought a watch in November 2017 and by April 2018 the watch got water in. Then I send them an email and they said I must pay R130 before they send the courier. So I Paid the R130 then they picked the watch up for repairs. The repairs took 28 days. After I got it back then 1 of the diamonds was broken. I asked for a refund but now they said "In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, the watch has to be less than 6 months old to qualify for a refund" . I don't know if they cant count but from November to April it is only 5 Months.
