Disgraceful service

I received completely BAD service. I bought a watch and I was not happy with it. I asked to return or exchanged and firstly I was told that I had to pay for the courier fees. Why should I pay for something that I am unhappy with to be collected? I decided to exchange and I have now been waiting for my replacement watch for a week. Disgusting service!!!!!!
