Breach of Contract
Watches on sale on website at R4, I bought 5.

Website terms & conditions state that the sale is only final when contact is made confirming sale by email or phone.

I received confirmation emails for each purchase. (3 purchases, 2 watches once, 2 again and 1)

Next day I get a call and they tell me they can't honor the sale as it was a glitch on the website, then they said they were out of stock and so on.

I told the person that I have screenshots of the whole process and advertised price as well as the emails confirming my purchase (thus forming a binding agreement and finalizing the sale).

They then refund me after I repeatedly told them I do not want a refund or discount. In my opinion this is a breach of contract.

Now they are not replying to my emails.

I am tempted to post all correspondence and emails on social media to see if someone knows more about the consumer protection act and can help me in this regard.

I would like the watches that I purchased and do not feel that I should be held liable for a mistake on their part.

I purchased a product at an advertised price and got confirmation, that is all that should matter.
