Bad service and very poor quality

I brought a Citizen watch through them. Not even a year old, then the letters on the face came off. Wanted it fixed, dropped it off at the place they wanted it. 'That is if you don't pay them to collect. I mean why do I need to pay them to collect something that they sold me, which broke - that is very bad quality. Have been waiting for 2 weeks - NO response. Called them, if you are lucky enough that someone answers - they just say they will put you through to someone and hangs up.

Don't ever buy from them - service is very bad and really rude people.
