I took my wrist watch in for a new battery in December and whilst shop assistant was trying to fit the battery she broke the glass of my watch and told me that my watch was tricky to do but she continued anyway thinking that she would succeed. She then told me that she would send my watch in for a new glass that i would not have to pay for but when i went back to check on my watch (bcos i had not received an sms as promised ) i was told that i have to pay R350. 00. Please advise.
