Watches2u!! Worst experience ever!!!!

What a nightmare!! Watch ordered and paid for on 23 September 2018, watch not received by 24 December 2018. More than 3 months and no delivery. Missed my wife’s Birthday in October and Christmas in December. Most *********** customer service ever experienced. Requested a refund and was told by Inez from customer service that the investigation can take 4-6 weeks - Why? . I asked for my money to be refunded urgently, but was ignored and as a desperate result resorted to Hellopeter. DO NOT order from this company, especially if you are ordering from South Africa. I have sent in excess of 20-30 emails and logged tickets via their website, with no assistance to resolve my problem..

Disgustingly shameful service to put it mildly..
