Excellent customer service

I placed an order for two watches at a great price, and everything started off smoothly. I noticed while tracking the parcel that it had stalled en route in London, and when I enquired on the progress, was informed that the package had been lost after being signed over to the couriers. Unfortunately one of the watches I had ordered was the last in stock, but I was given the option to wait for new stock or receive a full refund. I accepted the refund, and it was processed and refunded in full within a couple if days.
