Completely unsatisfied by false advertising

I had to most unpleasant, unhelpful experience with the above mentioned company!

I have made an online order with them on the 2nd of January 2020 for a watch, I made sure they ship to South Africa and that they have the specific watch in stock and I also made sure that the watch will be delivered in time as I planned to give it to my wife for her Birthday on the 10th of January!

I placed my order and made the payment moments later I received confirmation of my order as well as confirmation that my payment have cleared and was assured that i would be notified as soon as my package is shipped! On the 3de of January I suddenly received an email that said my order was canceled as they do not offer free shipping to South Africa, a second email stated that i should upgrade my delivery method to DHL express worldwide shipping. How ever they have by then already canceled my order! I was notified that my payment should be refunded within 7 to 1p days! I really wanted this specific watch and decided to bite the bullet and reorder the watch making sure to choose the DHL express world wide shipping option! How ever the order was canceled for a second time stating they can't ship to South Africa! I revisited my previous order and noted that I indeed paid for the Express shipping on the first order! Now i have paid twice for something that i will not be able to receive and i have to wait a ludicrous long period for my refund! I truly feel this was falsely advertised and would not recommend any one to make use of their services! There customer care service as well as support tickets and online inquiries are absolutely useless! I am deeply and utterly disappointed! One should think nowadays there wouldn't be such false advertising! I feel like i have been mislead and bul**** by another company that could get a way with ******. I have screen shots of everything
