What a disgraceful ! Doesn't even deserve a star.

<p>I purchased a very expensive watch under two years ago at Watches Unlimited. As the watch is still under warranty I was mortified when I was informed I needed to pay for the strap placement as it had faded due to a manufacturers error. After taking my watch to a Watches Unlimited branch,they had my watch for two months without phoning to update me on anything. I was constantly phoning to ask about my watch as they never ONCE contacted me. I still do not have my watch back and I REFUSE to pay for something that is absolutely no fault of my own! The customer service at this company is ********** ! I will never buy a watch from them again,just to have to pay for repairs while the watch is still under warranty ! </p>
