Watch out for Watches unlimited Gateway

My friend brought in my Fossil watch for a belt repair in January. Unfortunately he lost the receipt.Went back to the shop in Gateway to explain the problem but was told they don't keep books anymore they are held 4 auditors on a different location.If you have it on archives what is the trouble searching for his name and watch?Now you have taken a watch worth over R3500 and kept it with you forever as it seems.That is sooo unfair as you have a carbon copy of receipt.If you can return anything in all shops without a receipt what is the trouble with you guys since you have a duplicate of the receipt????????
