Unsatisfactory service

On the 28th of Se0tember 2022 I sent in my Michael Kors watch for repairs at Watches unlimited in Ballito. Paid for courier and insurance for the watch. It was sent to Joburg for repair. I was later told they wouldn't be able to repair it and it would be returned and I'd get a 50% off voucher for my next purchase. It is the 15th of Feb and I have called the shop and went I physically. Each time the story changes. It's wither on its way and will get there in a few days or there's a dispute with the suppliers one says they can fix lt and the other says they can't. And then it's a matter of not getting the part for the watch. However this back and forth can't take 4 and a half months. This is very unprofessional and I am starting to suspect that they may have lost my watch. If this is the case I need someone to come forward and tell me and we can take it from there. This watch was a wedding gift from my husband and in April we will be celebrating our 5th anniversary we had plans for ot I would hate to not have it way before then. My repair number is 94702.
