Unacceptable service

<p>My wife took her watch in to Unlimited watches to have the battery replaced. They damaged the watch quite badly because they could not get the back plate back on and forced it on. The watch had no scratches on, they now tell us it came in with a scratch on. They caused this scratch by trying to force the back plate on. They phone my wife now and offer to try and polish the scratch out.</p>
