Harassment by Watches Unlimited employee

Yesterday around 6pm at gateway mall, me and my husband went to Truworths to buy a watch, we then went to Watches Unlimited straight after to have alterations done on the watch as it was abit big on me. The lady at Watches Unlimited took the watch to a hidden cubicle to remove the some of the links on the watch, all my husband and me could hear was alot of banging on the watch. We were confused as to why she is banging the watch. But nevertheless she returned the watch and we paid her and left, while walking in the mall, i tried to set the time on the watch when i saw that the minute hand on the watch is now very loose. We had checked the watch when we left Truworths with the consultant we bought it from and it was working just fine. So we immediately knew that the lady at watches Unlimited is the one who broke the watch. We went back to her and told her the problem asking her to fix it. She totally dismissed us and told us that we should go report the problem at Truworths and that she did nothing wrong. She told us they sell very expensive watches at Watches Unlimited implying that our watch is cheap compared to what she is used to. And that she knows how to do alterations. We then told her we will go to Truworths to try get it replaced but if they refuse, we will return back to her for her to fix it. We went to Truworths and explained the whole situation and they told us that they can replace it but the links have to be returned on the watch. The guy who works at the watch department at Truworths told us that links are not removed with any banging and told us to even watch videos on YouTube to see how links are removed which we did. We then returned back to Watches Unlimited to get the links put back on the watch, the lady gave us alot of attitude and stalled. She wasted alot of our time. She then told her colleague to call Truworths while she was returning the links, so she can give them a piece of her mind. We told her its all not necessary, we just want the links returned onto the watch so we can leave. The whole times she was making snide comments that were uncalled for. While we were walking to Truworths she followed us she started walking infront of us in the Truworths store. Telling us that she will deal with us, i then asked for her name, she kept on mumbling it very softly for me not to get her name. We arrived at the watch department at Truworths and she caused a scene, asking the Truworths consultant why didn’t he remove the links himself if he knows so much about removing links. We advised the consultant not to answer her and we asked her to leave as we did not ask for to follow us to Truworths. She refused to leave and told us that shes there to speak to the Truworths consultant and not us. I told her that she is here to speak about my watch and that I didn’t ask her to. She caused a scene refusing to leave and shouting in the store, by this point the whole store was staring at us, there were security guards all around us. My husband ask if she is crazy for such behavior and then she swore at him. She was then removed by security. She had not returned the packet that the watch was in that had a slip in it, we asked her for it before she was taken away and she said she we should fetch it ourselves. The slip was then brought to us by her colleague. This has to be the most appalling customer service we have ever received. She totally harassed us by following us. She threatened us and she wasted so much of our time and energy while we were trying to sort the problem out. Truworths refunded us and was very helpful. I really want Watches Unlimited to deal with this employee as she as she treated us like dirt as customers. The audacity to tell us that she sells expensive watches. She was so rude to us. I called watches Unlimited to get her name today and the person who picked up the phone 1st consulted with her in the background I could hear them speaking and they gave me the incorrect name. I need action to be taken against this women as i felt unsafe around her and totally harassed
