sales lady broke my fossil watch

Dinana sales lady from WSI menlyn , broke my watch now i have to pay according to the manager i took my watch there last year 20/11/2022 to get a new battery , how ever the lady who was helping me broke my screen watch and she booked it in for repair i was told the ETA 20/11/2022 , but after that date there was still no communication from them , i went there month end Jan 2023 to check i wash told by the girl names Tshepiso the watch is still not yet back she will get back to me on 11.02.2023 i went the to check she still told me the watch is still no yet back she will call me on monday , monday passed still no call from them , she only called me on friday 17.02.2023 she told me the watch is back not fixed i should trade it in and by a new watch for 50% off , how is it now my problem to get my watch back in peace as a took it there , when she called me i told her its was never my fault i want my watch she said she will call me back n she still did not , i called her back she then told me her manager my the name of JACK said they will source out parts and this only happed when i said i want my watch as it was ... it came back from the warehouse because they don't have parts anymore , all of sadden they will source them out , is this how they treat thier clients
