Worst online shopping experience

DO NOT BUY FROM WATCH REPUBLIC!!

The worst service ever. This is my second review on watch republic.

I am disgusted with how *********** watch republic is. I’ve been emailed & phoned numerous times and assured that a watch i requested to be returned will be collected by the courier. Still nothing has happened!! It’s been two week and plenty excuses. This watch is a Christmas present. If it takes so long for the watch to get collected and retuned, how long will the refund take? I am starting to wonder if the watch will ever get collected? Will I ever get my money back? It says on the website “easy returns” what a load of nonsense!

Rather buy from Superbalist or Zando. Your wasting your time & money with watch republic.
