Worst delivery service! Non-existent customer service!

Worst online shopping experience ever! I live in Cape Town and have ordered a watch in May. The courier guy came to me two weeks ago and delivered two packages which I found weird since I only ordered one watch. I opened the packages and it was some other customers' watches that I received and apparently somehow my order has been delivered to the wrong person in Johannesburg from what I see after I have tracked my package. I have tried to contact them numerous time so that they could come and collect the wrong orders and arrange for my watch to be shipped to me but no one is answering me so far.
