Watch ****** in Transit - Poor Delivery

My husband purchased a Watch as a birthday gift from WatchRepublic . Order was placed and paid for in full on the 4th May 2020. Despite weeks of Chasing Watch Republic to send me tracking details for the courier for me to chase up on my delivery.

Watch Republic used a courier Company called Fast And Furious and not as their invoice said Ram. i noticed that my package arrived at the Durban Depot on the 25 May 2020 and today i eventually managed to get through to discover by one of their Support Agents Carmen that my package was ******, This is an issue between the Courier company and Watch Republic and does not concern me the customer, they need to ensure that they use reputable courier companies these items of value gets delivered fast and safely to the person that purchased item.

I have supported many business during lockdown, and all my items were delivered to me so promptly.

I am really disappointed.

All i need is my product that i paid for to be delivered to me.
