Watch Republic USELESS

It's a pity I have to even give one star as I'd prefer a NO star option! I'm still waiting for a resolution to my issue. I ordered a Fossil laptop bag. A Fossil watch (someone else's) was delivered to me. After numerous follow ups, and calls from different couriers, the laptop bag arrived - damaged and scratched leather. They finally collected the other watch, but with no warning or arrangements - I happened to be home. I'm still waiting for a replacement laptop bag. I was offered another design which I don't like. I follow up with them every day (there is only Malika in Customer Service (no superior) and Janine from Keren who I can get hold of. I will contact Fossil internationally to tell them to stop working with these pathetic partners!
