Watch Republic Stole my money

I bought a watch from watch republic last year in August i received the watch a week or two later and it was faulty. I reported this to them and they said they would send someone to collect the watch and replace it with another one. I waited but I still did not receive the watch I kept contacting them and they said according to their systems they collected the damaged watch and this is not true because I still have the watch with me and they also never delivered a new watch. I then got frustrated and told them to come and collect their watch and give me my money back. To this day they still have not come to collect their faulty watch and I still have not received my refund. I just want my money back. The service I have received is disgusting to say the least.
