Watch Republic not responding on Repair requests

I bought a FOSSIL watch from Watch Republic last year April, and received it promptly. The fact that they are listed on FOSSIL's site as an "international repair centre" was one of the reasons that moved me to buy the watch from them in the first place.

During November the watch stopped working and I contacted them in order to arrange to send it in for repairs. Several attempts since them proofed to be fruitless. I have then contacted jewelers in my hometown to find out if they could help with repairs, but they don't want to work on the watch as it is still under warranty.

I am so disappointed as a very expensive watch is lying in a drawer because Watch Republic does not come back to me.
