Watch Republic No proper system for cancellation, no communication

Order - 78631 Ordered and cancelled a watch purchase same day 17/11/2022 - they failed to cancel in time, delivery continued in progress - they have no control and communication over orders, and couriers - they just waited for delivery to be returned which i dont know if it will because i no longer reside at the address hence the cancellation because I wasnt sure they would deliver to the correct address after sending an email with the correct address. I have been sending numerous emails to cancel the order and make the refund and they failed to do so. pathetic service, they dont even call back after promising feedback! I want this order cancelled and refund processed immediately.
