Watch Republic is acting like *******, I demand action!!!

I took my Fossil match that was a birthday present, to Fossil in Woodlands Mall to get one of the little silver dials replaced. As the watch was out of guarantee, I was willing to pay the R120 repair charge. A couple of months later, they informed me I could collect the watch. Upon opening the package, me and the sales ladies were very surprised to find that not only is the dial not fixed, the hands are loose and falling all over. I agreed to have it send back. I got a message beginning March saying the watch is ready for collection. As the Woodlands branched closed, they asked me to pick up the watch from Menlyn. I asked for it to be send to Watch Republic in Atterbury rather. Unfortunately I only got the shop in May, when they were allowed to re open after the strict lockdown. When they wanted to give my watch, it was still not repaired. The ladies who assisted me said that it will not help sending the watch away again, they will ask the manager to contact me. I left the watch and waited. After a week, no called, I decided to go to the store. The lady that was there claimed to be the manager, she told me that they will offer me any other watch for 50% discount, but then they will be keeping mine. The best part, everything in the store was already on 50% discount, for anyone, but they wanted to keep my watch if I took the same deal they offer the public? I then proceeded to contact Watch Republic online and was corresponding via email with Malik and Micaila Williams. They assured me probably 10 times between the two of them that the issue has been escalated to the repair department and someone will contact me, in over two months, nobody has contacted me from the repair department. They also refuse to assist me or to give the managers number to contact. Watch Republic has damaged my precious birthday gift and for compensation offered me a deal that was offered to any other customer, and on top of that, they want to keep my watch! They are acting like ******* and hiding behind their online presence, they refuse to give out contact details and to assist customers that was caused harm by them!
