Watch Republic is a ****

I ordered a fossil watch 31/03/20 and the report said it will be delivered under lockdown level3. On the 2/6/20 I decided to check what the status of my order is, and it reflected as cancelled. I didn't cancel the order at any point and the refund procedure is a nightmare. Tried calling their customer care line 3 days in a row but to no avail. At this point, I believe it's a ****.
