Watch Republic Customer Service is Bad
I bought a diesel smar****ch from them. They gave me a 2nd hand watch with previous owners emails and contacts on. They sent a new watch and 2 say sorry a lame toiletry bag. New watch gave problems. They told me to rake watch away. After fighting with them they said they will arrange a courier. They dont even have decency to call me after i requested it. Then the email contact says manager says i must takd it to Fossil. I sent screen shots and everything to show them
Worst service ever.
