Watch Republic and the Faulty Fossil

My bf purchased a Fossil watch for my birthday in July 2020. Upon receiving it, it was not working. He took it to Fossil and the battery was replaced. A week later he gifted it to me for my birthday. A week later the under of the rose gold watch faded. The watch and date changed ahead of time on its own. I took it to Fossil and they sent it to be fixed. I received it 8 weeks later. I was advised that the watch mechanism has been replaced. 3 days later it stopped working then started working for a day and now stopped working again. This is really frustrating as the watch was almost R2000 which is a lot of money for a gift that i cannot enjoy. I have emailed Watch republic and have not received a response. I have commented twice on their Facebook post and they have removed the post afterwards. I have went out of my way to accommodate this faulty watch but not i am frustrated as i am not receiving any feedback or compensation for a fault on their side.
