Watch republic and Fossil Woodmead have the worst service and products for customers

I bought 2 watches at Watch Replublic at Woodmead in December, It so happens that the other watch I bought, the person had the same watch. The watch was only fitted on the day I bought it that that was the last use of it. Fossil claim It was worn and the battery is not working. That mean they sell us watches with old batteries too. I went to do an exchange as they told me 14 days had past. They are not willing to go the extra mile to assist customers
