Third time lucky?

This is the second time I'm sending back my diesel watch that I bought from your online store. Your watches do not last. why? Don't you guys check and test the watch before you send it? Since August I've ordered a watch, sent it back, received another one and now I'm going to send this one back again as it also stopped working. I thought it could be the battery and to my Suprise, the watch does not even use batteries. Fix your stuff!!!! I actually want a watch that works!!
