strap still not replaced in over 12 months

I bought a Fossil watch with a black leather strap at the Fossil store V&A waterfront several years ago. The strap has since weathered and required replacement. This process started in September 2014, the person in the Fossil shop said he'd order a strap, two months later, no strap yet, so I return another month later, it's December and another store attendant finds out that the order had never been placed. So I order from him instead. THREE MONTHS WASTED. February comes and I'm calling regularly, finally a strap arrives in March, not a leather strap. They refer me to Watch Republic who actually deals with their repairs on their behalf. I go to Watch Republic and same story, 6 to 8 weeks. Watch comes back over 3 months later WITH A METAL STRAP. They can see I gave them a watch with a black leather strap!!! Now my original black strap has somehow disappeared. They take the watch back and manage to find a leather strap, BROWN, NOT BLACK like the original, 10 MONTHS NO JOY. Another promise comes to replace it. Now waiting for a black leather strap, it seems the watch is now just lying in store, NOTHING BEING DONE. PATHETIC SERVICE, unable to replace a leather strap in over 12 months!
