Still no delivery after 14 days

I paid for a watch on 5 August and was told that delivery takes between 5 to 7 working days today is 19th August and still, no delivery has been made. I have not received a tracking number or the courier company that will be delivering. the customer service number is awful I keep calling get put on hold then the call cuts. The online agent keeps asking me to confirm my details and no one can give me a proper answer as to when I can expect delivery. The worst online shopping experience ever................ DO NOT BUY FROM WATCH REPUBLIC !!!!!!!!!!
