Slow outdated feedback and delivery
On 30 June 2020 I ordered and paid for a watch online, for my nephews' 21st birthday. Still no feedback a week later regarding estimated delivery date!? Their phones are "offline" so I emailed the contact centre. They rep**** yesterday asking for order info, which was of course attached to my email?! which they did not take time to read. Compared to other online suppliers, Watch Republic does not provide a good experience.
