Refund for defective watch

I have purchased a fossil watch on the 12th of February 2023, the watch was delivered to me only to find that the watch is not working. I logged a return on the 19th of February for either a refund or exchange for a watch that is working, the defective watch was collected by courier and since it was collected I have not received any communication. I have made numerous queries regarding my return and still I'm not getting any answers or feedback, a no of times I have been advised that they will assign someone who will get back to me and no one is coming back to me, It has been over a month and nothing is happening. I have given you guys too many chances to sort this issue out and you guys are not willing to do anything. Please refund my money, I'm no longer interested in getting another watch.
