Refund Complaint

I made an online purchase at watch republic in October. I paid for two watches yet I received one which I was not happy with because of the size.I requested that they collect it and refund my account.I have been waiting for a refund ,I made an enquiry on my account to check payment received,they refunded one for one watch.I have sent countless emails no one is coming back to me.I need this sorted.
