Poor service

The service is disgusting. I have to call now and again to ask about my watch which I took to the store on the 10th of October 2019 for repairs. I still have not received any feedback from them and on the very same day I bought 2 Marc Jacob’s watches. One’s battery is fine and the other one doesn’t work at all and I was not informed that there’s a problem with batteries and they don’t have stock.
