Poor service

I bought a watch online. Within a fews minutes I advised them I chose the wrong color and if they could kindly rectify the mistake. I did get a response saying they have updated warehouse. Today I get told I need to pay an additional amount before the watch is sent with the courier yet the both watches are the same Price, same style.. Just a different color. Sadly it was first and last order with them.
