Poor Service.

I purchased a watch on the 26th of Jan 2022, and I didn’t like it. I went to Woodmead brunch for a return on the 7th of Feb, still today no update and no email with return progress been trying to call them with no luck. Woodmead workers told me to call online returns department and ask for Janine, she’s always unavailable. I’m so ****ed off coz I needed to get myself another watch before they get sold out on sale. Worse online shopping experience.
